Rinceoil Fingal
was founded 15 years ago by a group of people who shared a keen interest
in Irish music, song and dance. Over the years it has successfully grown
and the group is now extremely popular with over one hundred pupils and a
further number of members, associates and musicians. The aim of
Rinceoil Fingal is to teach, encourage and perform Irish music, song
and dance for all age groups. Music is taught through classes held
in Rush, North County Dublin, Ireland. Pupils and members are drawn from
Rush, Skerries, Swords, Malahide and many other areas. The classes are
conducted on Tuesday nights each week. In addition there are
band practices and additional rehearsals for performances and
concerts. The Group also get together for an informal seisiún on
Tuesday night, when classes are over. Currently, we provide classes in
tinwhistle, fiddle, bodhrán, concertina, and piano accordion
